Track hunger and cravings
To rate your hunger and cravings, navigate to the ‘Diary’ tab and click the pink plus tab at the bottom right-hand side.
Rating Hunger and Cravings
- You can rate your hunger and cravings from 1 to 5.
- In consultation with your dietitian, you can give an overall average rating for the day or focus on specific times when your hunger or cravings are higher.
Adding Context
- You can add comments to provide context for your ratings. For example, you could note that you had a “high-stress day” and were “craving chocolate”.
Reviewing Data
- The comments, along with the hunger and cravings ratings, are date-stamped in your food diary. This allows you and your dietitian to review this information in sessions to understand your day’s context better.
