Use ‘My Meals’
The “My Meals” feature saves single-serving meals you make for yourself, such as specific coffees, teas, or your daily breakfast. Once saved, you don’t have to re-enter the details whenever you consume that item.
Creating a Meal
- Navigate to the 'Diary' tab.
- Locate the meal where you want to add the item (e.g. morning snack).
- Select the ‘My Meals’ tab on the navigation ribbon.
- Tap the plus icon at the top right-hand corner of the screen to add a new meal.
- Name your meal (e.g. ‘My Coffee’).
- Tap ‘Add item’ to add foods to the meal.
- After adding all the foods, tap ‘Save’ at the top right-hand side of the screen.
- Save the meal, and it will appear in your 'My Meals' list.
- The next time you have this item, you can click on the blue plus button next to the meal to log it.
Tip
Consider speeding up your experience by logging with voice to dictate the ingredients (e.g.’ one cup of coffee, a quarter cup of soy milk, half a teaspoon of sugar).
Note
If you want to edit your meal entries simply click into the meal you'd like to edit and then click 'edit' in the top right corner to adjust ingreidents and/or serving sizes
Editing
If you want to edit a meal, simply tap on the meal on the 'My Meals' tab, then tap 'Edit' in the top right corner. From there, you can adjust the foods and/or serving sizes, then tap 'Save' to confirm.
One-time Modifications
Need to add or remove a food or adjust a portion size just one time? Simply tap on any of the foods to edit it or use the 'Add Item' button to add something new.
