Log an online recipe
Tap on the plus button at the screen’s top right-hand side.
- Name your recipe (e.g. Tuna Salad).
- Check the recipe website to see how many servings the recipe makes (e.g., four servings) and input that number.
- Go back to the recipe website and copy all the ingredients.
- Return to the Constant Health app, tap ‘Add Ingredient’, then paste all ingredients into the search bar.
- Tap the freeform option and alter any ingredients that do not match the written recipe.
- Tap ‘Add # items’ to confirm the freeform ingredients..
- Tap ‘Add # ingredients’ to add the ingredients to the recipe.
- Once you’ve added all the ingredients, tap the ‘Save’button.
- You can log this recipe in your food diary by tapping the blue plus icon next to the left of the recipe’s name.
