Log an online recipe
Accessing ‘My Recipes’
- Navigate to the meal where you want to add the recipe (e.g. lunch) on the ‘Diary’ tab.
- You’ll see multiple tabs on the navigation ribbon - Recent, Frequent, My Meals, and My Recipes - select ‘My Recipes.’
Log an online recipe
- Tap on the plus button at the screen’s top right-hand side.
- Name your recipe (e.g. Tuna Salad).
- Check the recipe website to see how many servings the recipe makes (e.g., four servings) and input that number.
- Go back to the recipe website and copy all the ingredients.
- Return to the Constant Health app, tap ‘Add Ingredient’, then paste all ingredients into the search bar.
- Tap the freeform option under the search bar and alter any ingredients that do not match the written recipe.
- Tap ‘Add # items’ to add the ingredients to the recipe.
- Once you’ve added all the ingredients, tap ‘Save’ at the top right-hand side of the screen.
- You can log this recipe in your food diary by tapping the blue plus icon next to the left of the recipe’s name. The recipe will now appear in the ‘My Recipes’ section of the app.
