View progress
The ‘Progress’ tab allows you to monitor your progress using a variety of metrics that you’re tracking. This information can give you a better understanding of your progress, how things are going, and whether certain variables correlate.
- Access your Progress: To access the Progress page, you need to scroll down while on the ‘Diary Tab’ of the app, then select ‘Progress.’
- Monitoring Progress: Monitor various metrics over different periods: past week, month, three months, six months, and year. Metrics you can track include:
- Change in weight
- Average hunger
- Average cravings
- Average calories
- Exercise
- Filtering Progress: Filter your progress based on specific factors, such as protein content. This can help you see how your protein intake correlates with other data like weight change, hunger, cravings, and calories.
