View progress
The ‘Progress’ page allows you to monitor your progress using a variety of metrics that you’re tracking. This information can give you a better understanding of your progress, how things are going, and whether certain variables correlate.
- Access your Progress: To access the 'Progress' page, you need to scroll down while on the ‘Diary’ tab of the app.
- Monitoring Progress: Monitor various metrics over different periods: past week, month, three months, six months, and year. Metrics you can track include:
- Change in weight
- Average hunger
- Average cravings
- Average calories
- Exercise
- Filtering Progress: You can filter your progress based on specific factors, such as protein content. To do this, click the 'Filter' text at the top right of the page. Select which factors you would like to filter by, then click the pink button at the bottom of the page, 'Apply Filter'. This can help you see how your different nutrient intake correlates with other data like weight change, hunger, cravings, and calories.
