Adjust the serving size
Adjusting the serving size makes the food records more accurate, which allows for more effective tracking and analysis of your diet.
- Select the meal to which you want to add the food item (e.g., breakfast).
- Start typing the name of the food you consumed (e.g. cottage cheese) and select the closest option that appears (e.g. 2% cottage cheese).
- Tap the blue text displaying the serving size to adjust the default serving size to match your consumed amount.
- Once all adjustments are made, click ‘log item’ to track the food in your diary.
Additional Adjustments
- You can adjust the number of servings you had (e.g., 2 cups instead of 1).
- You can adjust the meal at which you had the food (e.g., lunch instead of breakfast).
- You can adjust the time you had the food (e.g., 8 a.m. instead of the current time).
Note
You can always return to edit the serving size if needed.
