App overview
This brief guide will help you navigate and make the most of the Constant Health app. Please explore the rest of our tutorials to dive deeper into specific features and processes. For now, let’s look at the major features found on each tab of the app.
Home tab
- View your vision, vision image, and ongoing experiments.
- Mark experiments as complete to notify your registered dietitian.
- Message your registered dietitian.
- Provide app and program feedback.
- Access in-app settings.
Note:
From ‘Settings,’ you can customize your diary meals and snacks, notifications (on/off), weight unit, water unit, and see our privacy policies and other resources.
Sessions tab
- View session summary notes.
- Book your next session.
Diary tab
- Track food intake, exercise, weight, hunger, cravings, and water intake.
- Customize your food diary to add or remove meals and snacks.
- See additional nutritional information using ‘View Details.’
- Track changes in weight, average hunger, and cravings via ‘Progress.’
- Using the pink ‘+’ button track additional information like medication, exercise, cravings, water, and notes.
Recipes tab
- Access a variety of recipes.
- Use filters to find recipes that meet specific criteria (e.g., high protein dinner).
- Favourite recipes for easy access later.
Community tab
Communicate with other members of the Constant Health community. Follow threads, ask questions, and share favourite recipes.
