Relapse prevention
Our Relapse Prevention program helps you maintain your health goals and continue experimenting with new behaviours upon the conclusion of your 15-week program. There are a few things that will change within the app when you join Relapse Prevention:
- Edit Vision: The vision you established alongside your dietitian is now editable. Edit your vision by locating it on the ‘Home’ tab and tapping the ‘Vision’ card.
- Create an Experiment: You are now familiar with the app’s iterative approach to experimentation; you can now use what you have learned to set your own experiments.
- Navigate to the ‘Home’ tab.
- Tap the chevron on the ‘Today’s experiments’ card.
- Tap the plus sign at the top right-hand side of the screen.
- Define the experiment (e.g. “go on a 20-minute walk to see if it boosts my afternoon energy levels”).
- Set the time, date, frequency, and hypothesis.
- Save the experiment.
Note
You can add reminders, edit, or delete the experiment.
- Create Nutrient Minimum Experiment: This type lets you set nutrient goals for meals. For example, you can set a goal of 15 grams of protein for breakfast to see if it reduces afternoon hunger.
Note
The experiment will auto-complete if the nutrient goal is met while logging food.
- Talking to Dietitian: The appearance of the ‘Team’ card may differ based on the type of relapse prevention program you are in. If you’ve purchased a bundle of appointments with a dietitian, you can still communicate with your health team. Without the bundle, the team tab may appear deactivated.
